An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 11:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m. There were 3 children in care with the provider ages, 3 years, 3 years, and 5 years for a total of 5 points. There are reportedly no children enrolled with diagnosed food allergies. The most recent lock down drill was conducted 04/29/2019. The provider training record was reviewed for completion of CPR, First Aid, and Virginia Pre-Service Training.
