An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 1 2019 between 11:15am and 12:45pm. There were 5 children in the direct care of a provider and an assistant. Children were observed washing hands, eating lunch, and completing puzzles. The family home day care is clean, organized, and offers plenty of materials for the children to choose from. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-800-B Description: Based on observation, the provider did not review the emergency plan at least annually and update the plan as needed. Evidence: The provider did not document that the plan was reviewed with staff members annually. The previous documented date of review is December 6 2017. Plan of Correction: I will review it and sign it. Nothing has changed in the plan.
