An announced initial inspection was conducted on April 4 2019 between 1:00 pm and 2:15pm. There were 4 children in the care of the provider. The children were observed during nap time. The family day home is clean, organized, and offers plenty of materials for children to utilize. Home records, children's records, first aid kit, emergency radio, flashlight, and the physical space was observed during this inspection. Areas of non-compliance are listed on the violation notice.
