Standard #: 22VAC40-111-830-A Description: Based on record review, the family day home did not document that evacuation procedures were practiced monthly. Evidence: The drill record form does not have a January evacuation drill documented. There is a shelter-in-place drilled documented as practiced in January. Plan of Correction: Will make sure an evacuation drill is done every month.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on record review, 1 of 3 staffing records reviewed did not have documentation of an updated report of tuberculosis every two years from the date of the first screening. Evidence: Staff #1 record documentation is dated February 16 2017. Plan of Correction: I will complete it Monday of next week.
