An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted May 20 2019 between 1:00pm and 2:30pm. There were 7 children in the direct care of a provider and an assistant. Children were observed napping, creating solar system art, and playing on indoor equipment. The family day home is clean, organized and offers plenty of space and toys for the children to utilize. Standard #: 63.2-1720.1-B-3 Description: Based on record review, 1 household record and 1 provider record did not have documentation of an out of state central registry search conducted for anyone that has resided in any other state in the previous five years. Evidence: Household #1 and Staff #1 resided outside of Virginia within the last five years. Plan of Correction: We will submit the forms.
