Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:30am-1:00pm. A total of 10 children [32 points total] were present with 2 caregivers. A sample of 6 children's records, 2 caregiver records, caregiver training, the emergency plan, and other documents were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Description: Based on records reviewed, an annual inspection of the wood burning fireplace was not conducted. Evidence: The most recently documented fireplace inspection was conducted on 2/19/2018.

Plan of Correction: I will have another inspection scheduled.
