Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/22/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 12:00pm. The caregiver was present with 3 children at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing freely with blocks and musical instruments, counting, being read to and pottying. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
