5/21/2019 Arrived 10:40am Departed 12:45pm An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. Twelve children were in care during the inspection for a total of 25 points. The Provider and two assistants were present with the children. The Licensing Inspector observed the children during outdoor play, lunch, music and movement and nap time. Previous violations, six children's records, three caregiver and one household member's records were reviewed. Findings of the inspection were reviewed with the Provider at exit.
