Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 3 caregiver/household member files, 5 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected between 10:50-11:40am. There were 10 children, totaling 17 points, under the supervision of 2 caregivers. During the inspection, children were observed walking back to the house from having Field Day at a nearby park, having circle time, cleaning up for an eating lunch and enjoying free play. The children bring their lunches from home each day. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. The Provider is certified in MAT (medication administration training). Should you have any questions, please contact me at mary.wizbicki@dss.virginia.gov.
