An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) inspection was conducted from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. There were seven children in care with the provider and one assistant ages 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 4 years, 4 years, 5 years, and 5 years for a total of 12 points. Lunch served today is chicken nuggets, pears, peas, french fries, whole grain bread, and milk. An allergy list was reviewed for children enrolled in the program with diagnosed food allergies. An allergy care plan was reviewed for the those children with diagnosed food allergies. Training records were reviewed for completion of CPR, First Aid, and Virginia Pre-Service Training.
