Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:00pm-2:00pm. There were 3 children (8 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, pet vaccinations, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed napping. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
