Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 05/23/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Licensing Inspector arrived between 8:30am and 10:00am to conduct a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection. At the time of the tour there were 2 children in care with 1 caregiver present. Children were observed watching television and playing with toys. The infant was observed being held, fed and in the swing. No children present with a diagnosed food allergy. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Description: Based on a record review the vendor did not ensure all required componets were included in the emergency plan. Evidence: The emergency plan did not have a procedure that addressed the continuity of operations procedures to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency. The vendor confirmed there was not currently a procedure.

Plan of Correction: During the exit interview, the following corrective action was provided by the vendor: This procedure will be added to the current emergency plan.
