The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 04/30/2019 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 04/29/2019. Licensing and the local agency conducted a joint investigation. Allegations were made regarding inappropriate supervision. Observations were made and interviews were conducted.
