Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider on May 29, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were seven day care children present, ranging in age from 21 months to 4 years old, totaling 16 points. The children were playing with age appropriate toys and preparing for lunch. Lunch being served today: hot dogs on buns, baked beans, collard greens, and milk. Six children's files and one caregiver file were reviewed during today's inspection - please see Supplemental Summary for details. The provider does not administer medication. First aid and CPR certification expires 5/2019, but a class has been scheduled. Description: Based on review of two caregiver files, the provider failed to have documentation of a repeat tuberculosis test or screening for each caregiver within two years of the date from the previous screening. Evidence: Caregiver 1 did not have a current tuberculosis test or screening (expired 12/6/2018).

Plan of Correction: Caregiver 1 will get an updated tuberculosis test or screening.
