Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with three caregivers on May 29, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were twelve children present, ranging in age from 9 months to 4 years, totaling 30 points. The children were waking from rest, having afternoon snack, and playing outdoors. Snack served today: blackberries and animal crackers. Six children's files and one caregiver file were reviewed - please see Supplemental Summary for details. The last shelter in place drill was conducted 5/24/2019. One medication was reviewed - provider is current in Medication Administration Training (renewed 2/3/2019). All caregivers are current in first aid and CPR certification.
