Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-11:55am. There were 5 children (16 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 1 staff record, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, drawing, singing and playing and eating lunch. Lunch served for the infant's was brought from home.
