An announced, non-mandated consultation was conducted today to review the Standaards for Licensed Family Day Homes with the applicant as the phase two orientation was shortened due to technical difficulties. Required documentation and physical plant requirements were reviewed with the applicant. The applicant will contact the inspector when ready to demonstrate substantial complaince with the Standards (ready for an initial inspection for licensure).
