An unannounced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am to 11:15 am. There were 11 children present with 3 caregivers. Children were observed having circle time, learning shapes and colors, street signs, modes of transportation, bouncy time and playing outside. Reviewed 4 children's files, 3 staff files, emergency evacuation log, menu, attendance, cribs, physical plant. Violations of the standards are recorded on the Violation Notice.
