A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 06/03/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Documentation of children's allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Upon arrival to the home, there were nine children present with two staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities, hand washing. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. An exit meeting was conducted with an administrator prior to closure of the inspection.
