Reminder: 16 hours of annual training are required for all caregivers.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:10am to 12:05am. 6 children (12pts) were present with 2 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 3 children's records, caregiver records, evacuation drills, attendance records, the Emergency Preparedness Plan and the menu were reviewed. Files were well organized. Required documents were posted. No medications were on site. The refrigerator, food area, rest mats and rest area, bathroom and back yard were inspected. The space contained an abundant supply of age appropriate materials. Children were observed cleaning up, having a bathroom break, washing hands and playing outside. Caregivers speak Russian with the children. Interactions between the caregivers and children were positive. No violations were cited today.
