Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:30 - 1:30 pm with the provider. There were eight children in care, ranging from 18 months to five years of age, for a total of 16 points. Most of the children were napping during today's inspection; one child was playing quietly with an electronic device. Three children's records and three caregiver/household member records were reviewed and in compliance. Childcare areas and supplies were observed. The last fire drill was conducted on 5/24/19 and the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted on 3/25/19. There were no medications to review. If you have questions regarding this inspection, contact Donna Liberman at 540-359-5244 or email Donna.Liberman@dss.virginia.gov.
