An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 4 children (11 points) with 2 caregivers. 2 adult and 4 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Children were observed eating snack, washing hands, and playing with toys. First aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency drills, hand washing, and refrigerator/ freezer temperature are all in compliance. A Subsidy Health an Safety Inspection (SHSI) inspection was also conducted today. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at 703-479-4678.
