Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:30am to 2:20pm. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were no children in care. A sample of 5 children's records and 2 provider/household member records were reviewed. There were no injuries since the last inspection. Provider reported that no medications are administered at this time. Areas of noncompliance are identified on the violation notice and were discussed with the provider during the exit interview at the conclusion of the inspection.

Description:	Based on record review and interview it was determined the provider did not practice emergency evacuation procedures monthly. Evidence: 1. The record of emergency evacuation drills did not contain drill for December 2018-Present. 2. The provider confirmed that these drills had not occurred.
Plan of Correction:	Provider will ensure emergency evacuation drills are practiced and documented monthly.
