A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on June 12, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. There are 12 children present (28 points) with 2 caregivers. 3 adult and 4 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. Children were observed resting quietly during the inspection. First aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency escape drills, shelter-in-place drills, bathroom supplies, and the dog's rabies vaccinations are all in compliance. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
