There were 4 children (12 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Plan of Correction: I will talk to the parents today to get the information.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-320-B
Description: Based on observation, not all unused electrical outlets had child-resistant protective covers. Evidence: In the napping room two outlets were observed without child-resistant protective covers. In the bathroom located in the programming area 2 unused electrical outlets were observed without child-resistant protective covers next to the sink.

Plan of Correction: I will buy new outlet covers immediately.
