Make sure your June practiced escape drill is conducted in the afternoon.
A focused monitoring inspection was conducted today. The inspection primarily looked at previously cited violations. Twelve children were napping during the inspection for a total of 30 points. Two caregivers were providing supervision during nap time. Arrival time: 1: 25 pm Departure time: 2: 10 pm
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-100-A Description: Based on a review of three children's files, it was determined that there were no physicals on file for one child who has been enrolled for more than 30 days. Evidence: Child A enrolled on 12/15/16 and does not have a physical on file. Plan of Correction: I will get from the parent.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-90-A Description: Based on a review of three children's files, it was determined that there was no immunization record on file for one child at the time of enrollment. Evidence: Child A enrolled on 12/15/16 and there was no immunization record on file. Plan of Correction: I will get from the parent.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-210-A Description: Based on a review of three caregiver's files, it was determined that two caregivers do not have the 16 hours of annual training for 2018. Evidence: Staff A and B have none of the required 16 hours of annual training. Plan of Correction: We will get the training.
