A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 06/10/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 10am-12pm. There were no children in care. A sample of 3 children?s records and 1 caregiver's record were reviewed. The provider is in the process of hiring one caregiver and one volunteer. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
