A unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted with the provider and one assistant. There were five children in care with an age range of 15 months to four years old. Total number of points was 15. Children were observed during outside time and lunch time. Five children's records and two household members records were reviewed. The inspection was from 9:45am to 12:30am.
