A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 3, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-230-B Description: Based on record review and provider statement, two staff did not complete the Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff training within 90 days of employment. Evidence: Staff 1 and 2 have not completed the Virginia Preservice training as of the date of inspection. Plan of Correction: The two staff members are enrolled and are working to complete the training.
