Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 7/9/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:15am-1:00pm. There were 5 children (14 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing outside, playing freely and eating snack. Today's snack consisted of dry cereal, milk and mandarins. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
