54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:05pm-1:15pm. There were 9 children (24 points) directly supervised by the provider and assistant. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed settling down for nap under direct supervision of staff. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The surface of the outdoor play area has been refinished with a grass alternative carpeting since the last licensing inspection. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
