Technical Assistance:
Discussed with the provider about adjusting her expiration date that is early in July and often affects her receiving a renewed license prior to the expiration date.

Comments:
An Unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted today. There were 12 children (24 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 12 child's records, 2 household member's, 4 pet's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were medications on site today. Children were observed playing with playdoh, playing freely in the play room, taking violin lessons, preparing for snack, eating snack, washing hands. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Description: Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure that potentially poisonous substances are kept inaccessible to children. Evidence: Observed 2 bottles of hand sanitizer accessible to children near the front door, marked Keep Out Of Reach of Children.
