Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was offered regarding the health update training and new subsidy changes implemented in December 2018.

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 7/3/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 4 day care children and 1 resident child (8 points) present with two caregivers. The children were observed playing outside and watching TV. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
