An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. There were five children in care with the provider and one assistant ages, 12 months, 13 months, 16 months, 20 months, and 2 years for a total of 16 points. The children were observed napping. Lunch served today was chicken, broccoli and carrots, mixed fruit, and milk. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider, one household member, and two assistant's records were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 06/28/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 06/03/2019. The provider is current in CPR, First Aid and MAT (Medication Administration Training). There are reportedly no medications being administered to children in the family day home at this time.
