A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 17, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Provider was present with five children, one being a household member, for a total of sixteen points. Four children's records, provider record and household member record were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
