A mandated Renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:30am to 10:45am. There were 7 children (16 points) and 2 staff present. Children were observed building castles and other structures with colored magnetic shapes, playing with a ball, legos and a sensory table. Reviewed 3 children's files, 2 staff files and 1 household members file, emergency evacuations drills, attendance, menu, cribs and documentation, and physical plant. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-280 Description: Based on observation, potentially poisonous substances, materials and supplies such as, but not limited to, cleaning agents, disinfectants, and deodorizers were not being stored inaccessible to children. Evidence: Clorox wipes and another disinfectant were stored accessible to children on a shelf in the children's bathroom. Plan of Correction: The items were moved and made inaccessible during this inspection.
