Technical assistance was provided regarding the attendance sheet must have a time in/out for each child. Also discussed was the emergency preparedness plan and what needs to be included.

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 11:00am & 12:30pm; there were 3 children with 1 care giver. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-160-B Description: Based on review of daily attendance, the arrival and departure time of each child is not documented. Evidence: There are no sign in/out times for the children. Plan of Correction: I will make sure the parents sign them in and out each day.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-400-B-7 Description: Based on review of emergency preparedness plan, the plan is not complete. Evidence: There is no documentation of how the continuity of operations was take place during an emergency. Plan of Correction: I will review my plan and make the updates as needed.
