Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on July 25, 2019 from approximately 12:45p.m. to 2:00p.m. Five children, ages infant through four years old, were in care, for a total of twelve points, with one caregiver. The caregiver and children were observed in the indoor space engaged in activities to include activities for infants and nap time. Interviews and interactions were conducted and there are no children taking medications. Five children?s records, one caregiver record and one household member record were reviewed. The Provider was available for the inspection and was present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed.
