Technical Assistance:
Discussed with provider that 16 hours of professional development is required by February 2020. Reminder that two shelter in place drills be conducted annually.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 12:15pm-1:15pm. There were 2 children (4 points) including the providers own child directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff records, 2 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed returning from playing at a nearby park and participating in dramatic play. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Description: Based on record review, one child's file did not contain all required information. Evidence: Child 1's record did not contain the name address and phone number of one of two required emergency contacts.

Plan of Correction: I will ask the parents to provide another emergency contact.
