An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the provider, who was present with an assistant and nine day care children for a total of 28 points. The children were napping during the inspection. There were no medications on site for any of the children and the provider reported that there have been no injuries/accidents requiring documentation. Six children and three adult files were reviewed and determined to be complete. There were no violations observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 2:15 pm Departure time: 3: 30 pm
