An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the provider on July 31, 2019 beginning at 9:00 AM and ending at 10:10 AM in conjunction with the Licensing monitoring inspection. There were four children in the care of the provider during the inspection. The children's ages were 19 months, 19 months, 22 months, and 2 years old for a total of 11 points. The children were observed finishing morning snack which consisted of goldfish cracker, dry cereal, banana slices, and water. The children were also observed playing with balls, dancing, playing with trains and instruments. Four children's records were reviewed. Three household records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. There were no allergy care plans to review. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/23/19. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather band radio were reviewed and in compliance.
