Discussed documentation from zoning. Also, pet vaccinations are due to expire in September.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between approximately 10:20am and 11:25am. 6 children (20pts) were present with 2 caregivers. The physical space, 5 cribs, 3 children's records, evacuation drills, attendance, the menu and required posted documents were reviewed. There was no new information regarding household members or caregivers. No medications were on site. Children were observed playing with toys, looking at books and interacting with the caregivers. An abundant supply of age appropriate materials and activities were available for the children. No violations were cited today.
