A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on August 7, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. A violation was found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and is identified on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-230-B Description: Based on record review, the provider failed to ensure all caregivers completed the Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff. Evidence: Staff 1 and 2 have not completed the Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff. Plan of Correction: We will complete it and send the training certificate to the inspector.
