A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 7/245/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Three children were present with two caregivers for eight points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed snack (apple sauce or mixed fruit and animal crackers), hand washing and outside play in the water table on the patio. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
