Observed children finishing an am snack, hand washing and water play on the patio. The basement space has recently been renovated with a raised ceiling, new carpet, paint and equipment. The patio has a garden that the children are growing radishes, tomatoes, beans and herbs. Reviewed three records for children, training for the provider (current MAT, First Aid and CPR certification), emergency preparation and medication procedures.
