An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between approximately 8:55am and 10:10am. 3 children (8pts) were present with 1 caregiver. The space, outside play area, 3 children's records, household member records, evacuation drills, attendance records, the Emergency Preparedness Plan and required posted documents were reviewed. The crib was inspected and in compliance. Children were observed playing with blocks and interacting with the caregiver. An ample supply of age appropriate materials were available for the children.
