A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted from 10:40am to 1:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. 6 children - totaling 16 points - were in the care of 2 caregivers. A sample of 4 children's records, 3 staffing records, and one household record were reviewed. Children were observed during lunch and transitions to naptime. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
