Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:10am-12:45pm. There were 7 children (16 points) in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample size of 4 children's records, 3 caregiver/household member records, evacuation materials, the first aid kit, and the playground were reviewed. The day care space was organized and had an abundance of age appropriate materials. The children were observed playing in the water sprinkler outside, toileting, and eating lunch (ham and cheese sandwich, vegetables, fruit, and milk.)
