Discussed with provider medication administration procedures, policies, and documentation required.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:50am-1:20pm. There were 3 children (6 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely outdoors, washing hands and eating lunch. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Description: Based on record review, emergency drills were incomplete. Evidence: Evacuation drills were not documented for the month of April and May 2019.

Plan of Correction: We practiced a shelter-in-place drill in April and May, we will make sure we document both drills (evacuation and shelter-in-place) when applicable.
