A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today from 8:55am to 12:00pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 5 children ages 4 years to 11 years (6 points) were present with the provider. The children were engaged in the following: playing games and dancing. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, and 5 children?s records, provider's record, and 1 adult household member's files were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-170-B-12 Description: Based on review of 5 children's records and interview with the Provider, it was determined that not all children with diagnosed food allergies had a written care plan on file. Evidence: 1. Child #5 has a diagnosed food allergy but did not have a written care plan on file. Plan of Correction: Her mother will be bringing me one.
